The height is adjustable from 17-24" and the overall footprint is 18" x 16" (the frame has three equilateral 18" legs).

Shipping and Assembly

Ships partially-assembled, one stool per box. Seat and backrest are attached with three screws and any screwdriver in about one minute.  Easy peasy.
